Dry needling
Dry needling is a minimally-invasive pain management method which involves inserting the needle in the painful points, which may be located in virtually any muscle. The aim is to remove the myofascial trigger points, which are the key cause of musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction (e.g. mobility impairment).
